Section 01

General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between db567 ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "User"). By using the db567 website (https://db567.cam) you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

db567 is an online betting and casino platform that provides cricket betting, slots, live casino and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to read and understand all the terms set out below before using these services.

Account Registration

Age Verification and Identity

db567 provides services only to those aged 21 or above. When opening an account you must confirm that you are 21 or older. Accounts for minors will not be approved and, if identified, will be closed immediately.

To confirm age and identity, db567 may request the following documents:

• Passport or Birth Registration Certificate
• Bank statement or mobile banking transaction records
• Selfie photo (with identity document)

If you use the platform while under 21, all funds deposited into your account may be forfeited and legal action may be taken.

Section 04

Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals on db567. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad and Rocket.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly. If there is any issue, please contact live chat.
• Only deposit from a mobile banking account registered in your name.
• Deposits made through a third party are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same mobile banking number used on the account.
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• db567 may request additional verification to review suspicious withdrawal requests, which may cause a temporary delay.
• Winnings from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal (see Section 05 for details).

Section 05

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

db567 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers to its users. Accepting these bonuses is voluntary; however, once accepted, compliance with the associated terms becomes mandatory.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳5,000 will earn an additional ৳5,000 bonus. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before a withdrawal can be made.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own validity period, wagering requirements and eligibility criteria.
• A bonus may apply only to specific games or sections.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• Claiming a bonus through fraudulent means will result in forfeiture of the entire bonus and any associated winnings.
• db567 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.

VIP Program

Regular active players on db567 can progress through four VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each level includes weekly cashback and other benefits. The maximum weekly cashback is 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.8% at Gold and 1.0% at Platinum. Progression to a higher level depends on your overall participation and activity on the platform.

Gaming Rules

db567 offers cricket betting, slots, live casino, mine games and other gaming products. Each game or section may have its own specific rules, which are detailed on the relevant game page.

Cricket and Sports Betting

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the associated bet will be settled in accordance with db567 policy.
• Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments and various other international cricket events.
• db567 reserves the right to investigate if suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected.

Casino Games

• All casino games are operated using a fair and machine-verified (fair play) process.
• If a technical fault causes an issue with the result of a game, the bets for that round may be voided.
• db567 will not be held liable for any loss caused by a game being interrupted due to an internet connection failure.

Section 07

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the db567 platform. Violating these rules will result in the account being closed immediately and the entire balance may be forfeited.

• Operating multiple accounts belonging to the same person.
• Strategic betting to circumvent bonus terms ("bonus abuse").
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Using automated bots or software to play games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage ("collusion").
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical faults.
• Transferring funds to a third-party account or playing as a proxy.
• Contacting staff with threats, harassment or inappropriate language.

Section 08

Account Suspension and Closure

db567 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false or fraudulent information.
• Suspicious financial activity or suspected money laundering.
• Activities that conflict with the laws or regulations of any country.
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.

You may also request closure of your account at any time. Please withdraw all valid balances before the account is closed. Claims made after account closure may not be considered.
